Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. We value the safety of our customers and strive to obtain the highest amount of precaution when handling our product.


Exchanges will be honored only if the WRONG product was shipped to the customer by BLINKS by Naj. Proof of wrongful shipment must be proven with confirmation number or email receipt.  IF such event takes place, customer is responsible for return shipping and then BLINKS by Naj will correct  the error by sending the product listed on receipt.


BLINKS by Naj does NOT offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted based on the conditions listed in the "Exchanges" section.


Please allow 48 hours  after your payment for your order to be filled. Once shipping confirmation is sent, customer should receive their order within 3-5 business days.
